Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
